Concorde test pilot Andre Turcat died Jan. 4, 2016, at the age of 94, at his home in Aix-En-Provence. Turcat flew the maiden flight of the Aérospatiale-BAC Concorde 001 on March 2, 1969 in a flight from Toulouse.
