In a little over three months time the 11thRoutes Asia will take place in Mumbai and attending delegates should ensure that any visas necessary for travel are applied for in good time.
Visas must be obtained prior to arrival in India and ALL visitors to India, excluding citizens of Nepal and Bhutan, holding ordinary passports, will require a visa. For details of entry requirements to India and for an application form attending should contact the nearest Indian Embassy or Consulate in good time before your departure. A three month single entry Business Visa can be issued from most Indian Embassies and is we would urge attending delegates to apply for the necessary visa at the earliest convenience.
In addition to the visa application form, relevant fees and photos, embassies may also require a letter of invitation from the inviting company. Delegates requiring such a document from our host, Mumbai International Airport, should complete the electronic request form in full ensuring accuracy throughout.
