Taking place on Sunday 22 September from 16:30-18:30 in the Exhibition Halls, Festival 25 will provide delegates with the opportunity to visit our exhibitors without any schedule conflicts. Festival 25 will provide the chance for informal networking, with a relaxed and fun festival vibe. For two dedicated hours, our exhibitors will really have the opportunity to shine and promote their organisation to every delegate attending the event.
There will be a number of exciting activities taking place on the Routes stand and around the exhibition halls to kick start the festival, after which delegates can discover the exciting activities and entertainment our exhibitors will be offering. Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of this time and focus their entertainment and hospitality during this time in the event calendar.
Routes Brand Director, Steven Small, explains why Festival 25 will be a highlight for delegates at World Routes; “We have been working hard to introduce a number of new innovations for our 25th World Routes event, including Festival 25. It will see our exhibitors and delegates from across the world come together to celebrate 25 years of World Routes. We are always looking at ways in which we can develop our event programme, to better serve our community’s needs, and I am confident this addition will do just that!”
To incorporate the additional networking time, meetings will start earlier on Sunday to ensure no meeting opportunities are lost. Festival 25 is only part of a revamped networking programme which includes a Welcome Party and a Networking Evening, where new awards have been added.
