Invest & Manage Airports is the meeting place where airports, airlines, airport operators and infrastructure investors meet to discuss new opportunities for investment in and management of airports from across the world and this year the event will take place in Las Vegas during the 19thWorld Route Development Forum.
Following on from the success of last year’s event, which took place in London last October the third Invest & Manage Airports has been integrated into the World Routes Conference Programme and will take place on 8th October at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The event will provide the perfect platform for the investment community to meet with airlines and airport owners and operators to get together to look at the changing nature of the global aviation industry and what is required of our airports of the future.
Some of the issues that will be addressed at this event include; Attracting Investors – How to approach the privatisation process, which financial models to use and how to produce the best Airport Information Memorandum; Latin America – Deals for the Decade and The Next Market Opportunities.

In addition to Invest & Manage Airports, World Routes, which will take place on 5-8 October 2013 co-hosted by Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority (LVCVA) and Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, will see a number of content streams running throughout the four days, including the World Routes Strategy Summit, held in partnership with ICAO and the World Bank; the World Tourism Summit, held in partnership with the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), the International Coalition of Tourism Partners (ICTP) and TTG and a programme of social media briefings.
The summits bring together senior leaders and key stakeholders from aviation, tourism and cargo to participate in discussions that will set the commercial and political agenda for the industry. The events attract airline and airport CEOs, Ministers of Tourism and leaders of industry associations worldwide.
