PRESS RELEASE: ASM signs partnership agreement to market Sabre AirVision Market Intelligence
ASM (Airport Strategy and Marketing) and Sabre Airline Solutions have reached a sales and marketing agreement for ASM’s use and promotion of Sabre AirVision® Market Intelligence.
ASM, the industry leader in route development and expertise, provides consulting, analytics and training services to airports and their stakeholder partners. Route development draws heavily on accurate traffic data - this agreement now reinforces the long standing relationship between the two companies. In addition to Sabre Airline Solutions’ status as ASM’s preferred airport data supplier, ASM now has the rights to market and sell Sabre’s solution.
Sabre AirVision® Market Intelligence offers the world’s broadest portfolio and the industry’s largest software as a service platform; it connects users to robust market data and provides advanced data analysis capabilities for business development and commercial planning departments. It is used by airlines, airports, tourism boards and other travel related companies across the world to: drive efficiency around commercial planning, identify new revenue opportunities and increase competitive insight.
David Stroud, ASM’s managing director, said: “I am delighted we have reached this new agreement with Sabre - as major users of AirVision® Market Intelligence we find it to be the strongest demand and schedule data system on the market. I am pleased we can now effectively add the product into our portfolio of services and enhance our offer to the world’s airports.”
Darren Rickey, vice president of Sabre AirVision® Marketing & Planning is equally excited about the partnership. He said: “This truly is a win-win scenario for both organisations. ASM deepens their customer offering/portfolio, while Sabre Airline Solutions extends its reach to the airport market and propagates additional market share for AirVision Market Intelligence.”
Both companies will be collaborating on sales and marketing efforts at the upcoming Routes Americas route development forum in Puerto Rico, 17-19 February.
