Routes Middle East & Africa - Just One Week Left to Request Your Meetings!

Routes Middle East & Africa, which will take place 31 May – 2 June, promises to deliver aviation thought leaders from across Africa and the Middle East to discuss industry issues, route development opportunities and the future of aviation within these regions. Designed to build on the success of the regional Routes Africa events Routes Middle East & Africa will bring together over 350 key decision makers from across Africa and the Middle East to meet plan and conduct business for new global routes, and over 500 meetings have already been scheduled for this year’s event.
Delegates should log into their Routesonline profile and use the online Meeting Requests System to make meeting requests with other attendees. The website allows airports, airlines, tourism authority delegates and anyone else with an entitlement of pre-arranged meetings to log-in and submit their requests online. This means that City Pair (airport to airport) and interline (airline to airline) requests are also now available.
Meeting requests can be submitted and amended at any time until Friday 22nd May when scheduling closes. To begin requesting meetings delegates should follow the below steps:
- Registeror Log-In to your free personal networking Routesonline profile
- Enter yourPRC (Personal Registration Code), which you should have received when you registered, into the box displayed on the homepage, ensuring you have selected Routes Middle East & Africa on the slider
- Click ‘Submit PRC’ and you will be directed to your meeting request page.

To make the most of your meetings at Routes Middle East & Africa you need to be prepared, providing a short presentation or report covering all key points. You also need to be well informed about the company you’re meeting with and aware of any opportunities that exist there so make sure you’ve done your research.
