Sun Country Airlines To Add Flights From Minneapolis to Montreal, Toronto In Summer 2024
U.S. carrier Sun Country Airlines unveiled 10 seasonal route additions for the 2024 northern hemisphere summer season, including flights to Montreal Trudeau International Airport (YUL) and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
Air Canada and Delta Air Lines currently fly both the MSP-YUL and MSP-YYZ routes.
Seven more 2X-weekly 2024 summer season domestic routes will be operated from MSP to: Albuquerque, New Mexico; Billings, Montana; Boise, Idaho; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Missoula, Montana; Oakland, California; and Syracuse, New York.
“With these new destinations, Sun Country will offer nonstop service from MSP to 98 distinct markets in 2024,” the airline says in a statement.
Sun Country Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Grant Whitney adds: “We have more than doubled our nonstop destinations for customers flying out of MSP in the last five years and we are thrilled to offer these unique new offerings spanning the continent from Quebec to New Mexico.”
The airline notes it will switch MSP-Houston flights from Bush Intercontinental Airport to Hobby Airport in Spring 2024.
Sun Country says it will operate 120 total routes in 2024.
