ASL AVIATION HOLDINGS has acquired PIONAIR (12 E190-E2s and BAe 146/Avro RJs), to become ASL AIRLINES AUSTRALIA. It says it plans to add a 737-800BCF to Australian fleet as part of 5-year fleet renewal program.
