Andrew Gilbert Morgan, Jr., has become president/chief operating officer of World Airways Inc., Herndon, Va. Hollis Harris, who had been chairman/president/CEO, will continue as chairman/ CEO. Morgan was regional director/general manager for properties and facilities of Delta Air Lines.
