Chen Chuanren is the Southeast Asia and China Editor for the Aviation Week Network’s (AWN) Air Transport World (ATW) and the Asia-Pacific Defense Correspondent for AWN, joining the team in 2017.
Prior joining AWN, Chuanren was a regular serviceman in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Air Defense and Operations Command. He now serves the RSAF Air Force Information Center as a reservist. He holds a Bachelor of Mass Communications as well as a Diploma in Mechatronics (Aerospace).
Singapore Airlines is parting out two A380s and a 777-200ER locally at the Changi Exhibition Center, site of the Singapore Airshow. Next year's airshow is scheduled to be held in February but Aviation Daily has learned that this date is in doubt.
