Ryanair has welcomed a ruling by the Commercial Court of Barcelona confirming the Irish LCC owes no compensation under European Union rules to passengers whose flights were canceled because of internal strike action, which were beyond the airline’s control.
Ryanair said on Oct. 4 it welcomed a ruling by the Commercial Court of Barcelona that no compensation under EU rules is due to passengers whose flights were canceled because of internal strikes, as such walkouts were beyond the airline’s control.
