Embraer said Oct. 24 it has finalized settlement agreements with U.S. and Brazilian justice and stock-trading authorities, as expected, over alleged corruption regarding military aircraft sales to the Dominican Republic.
The Brazilian aircraft OEM has agreed to pay more than $205 million total to U.S. and Brazilian authorities over corruption charges connected with the sale of military aircraft.
