LONDON — Airbus Defense and Space has named five companies it hopes to divest its shares in, as it moves to focus on its future core business areas. The plan, announced Sept. 16, comes as the company tries to consolidate its market share in space launchers, satellites, military aircraft and missiles as its future core business following the restructuring of the group and the integration of the long-troubled Cassidian defense division into the wider Airbus Defense and Space division.
