The national average for a gallon of Jet-A in December totaled $7.30, down 34 cents from November’s average, according to Argus International. Prices have risen $1.50 per gallon from a year ago, however. Compared to November, average prices in all eight FAA regions declined during December with the largest decrease found in the Southwest region, with a 47-cent decline. The smallest decrease was in the Western Pacific region with a 17-cent decrease. Results are from a survey of more than 200 FBOs in the U.S. Prices are full retail and include all taxes and fees.
