A few years ago, I acquired a copy of a book entitled Window Seat, by Gregory Dicum (Chronicle Books, 2004), whose subtitle was "Reading the Landscape from the Air". Hamilton Sundstrand was selected by Japan Airlines to provide a total supply chain maintenance solution for its systems on JAL's fleet of 35 Boeing 787 aircraft on order.
