Edward Michael Bolen has been appointed senior vice president/general counsel of the General Aviation Manufacturers Assn., effective in July. He is legislative director/general counsel for U.S. Sen. Nancy Kassebaum (R.-Kan.) and general counsel for the Senate Labor and Human Resource Committee.
