Ellen Roy promoted to president of McDonnell Douglas Technical Services Co.
Ellen Roy, comptroller of McDonnell Douglas Technical Services Co., will be president of the McDonnell Douglas subsidiary, effective immediately, MDC said this week. She succeeds Ron English, who resigned.
