Classic variants of Airbus A320 will generate the most MRO spend in Latin America from 2021-2031. Aviation Week's Fleet & MRO Forecast estimates this will stand at $8.1 billion for the decade.

Boeing 737-800

The Boeing narrowbody, operated by the likes of Brazilian carrier GOL, will generate $6.4 billion of MRO spend over the next decade.

Airbus A320neo

While moderate in fleet size this year, the Airbus A320neo is expected to generate a large share of aftermarket demand over the next decade. The likes of LATAM already operate 13 of the aircraft in Latin America.

The new-generation narrowbody aircraft will generate $3 billion of MRO spend as more carriers take delivery of the aircraft. These include the likes of Chilean carrier Sky (pictured).

Embraer E190/E195

The Brazilian-manufactured aircraft will account for $2.6 billion of Latin American MRO spend over the next decade.

The five airframes that'll be the main drivers of MRO demand in the Latin America region from this year through to 2031.
