Hong Kong-based Dragonair

Hong Kong-based Dragonair named Stanley Hui chief executive officer, effective Feb. 1, moving the carrier closer to management autonomy from Cathay Pacific Airways. Hui was chief operating officer of Air Hong Kong and replaces Philip Chen, who returned to Cathay from Dragonair earlier this month.
