Recently in your Correspondence section, reader Mark Fay touted letting judges make the final decision on aircraft accidents (AW&ST Sept. 17, p. 10). In my opinion, that is the worst way to handle such matters that could ever be devised. Turning such decisions over to lawyers is not the way to go...
