Lufthansa takes seat on DHL's board
Lufthansa, which has a 25.001% equity stake in DHL International, will appoint a full-time board member at DHL's headquarters in Brussels. Rainer Butz, who is on the board of Lufthansa Cargo, will take a director's post at DHL, beginning in 1997.
