LYDIA H. KENNARD
LYDIA H. KENNARD was appointed interim executive director of Los Angeles World Airports by Los Angeles Mayor Richard J. Riordan. Kennard, who has been first deputy executive director of LAWA for the past five years, will assume her new duties Aug. 18 upon the retirement of John J. Driscoll.
