Mesaba, Northwest Sign Amended Services Agreement
Mesaba Holdings has signed an amended service agreement with Northwest by which Northwest will buy all Mesaba's capacity at a predetermined rate and shift heavy maintenance costs for Dash 8 aircraft to Mesaba.
