FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2021-07-09 for certain Boeing 747-100s, -100Bs, -100B SUDs, -200Bs, -200Cs, -200Fs, -300s, -400s, -400Ds, -400Fs, SRs and SPs, requiring repetitive tests to detect hot air leaking from the trim air diffuser ducts or sidewall riser duct assemblies, collectively referred to as TADDs, plus repetitive inspections of all TADD material for damage and applicable on condition actions, effective May 12, 2021.
