New CAA Head Targets Safety, International Service
Tsai Tuei, officially sworn in as the new director general of Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration, said his priorities as CAA chief will be to upgrade aviation safety, promote development of Taiwan as an aviation hub, and gain more international routes for Taiwan's airlines.
