NOREEN GREENHALGH was appointed unit leader of credit risk management for DaimlerChrysler Capital Services. Greenhalgh formerly held the same title for Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation. She also held a number of financial posts with Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale in New York.
