Rioux to replace retiring Fleming at ATA
Air Transport Association's Senior VP-Operations and Safety Roger Fleming will retire Oct. 1. Michael Rioux, ATA VP-engineering, maintenance and material, will take his position. Fleming joined ATA in 1966.
