SEN. WAYNE ALLARD INTRODUCED LEGISLATION
ON A NATIONAL LEVEL, Sen. Wayne Allard (R-Colo.) Wednesday introduced legislation to allow Centennial - and other similarly situated airports - to bar public charters. Centennial is facing a second Part 16 complaint for denying access to public charters and that decision is expected this month.
