Departing at MTOW (73,000 lb.), the 8X needs 6,000 ft. of runway in ISA sea-level conditions. The PW307D turbofan, rated at 6,722 lb. takeoff thrust to ISA +17C, is a growth version of the Falcon 7X’s 6,405-lb.-thrust PW307A engine. The 8X is up to 30% more fuel efficient than other ultra-long-range business jets, Dassault says. Credit: Mark Wagner/Aviation-Images
