STEVE BURKE was promoted to director of materials/purchasing for Midcoast Aviation. Burke, who will be based at the company's St. Louis Downtown-Parks Airport facility, will oversee purchasing and inventory control at all Midcoast locations. He has served with Midcoast for 25 years.
