Airports and destinations from across Central Asia have been celebrated for their growing prominence at the Routes Silk Road 2019 Marketing Awards in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan – the first dedicated air service development awards for the region.
While the sun was shining on Tbilisi this morning Routes Silk Road delegates were given the opportunity to enjoy an escorted walking tour around the Georgian capital to learn more about its history and recent development.
Delegates who arrived early in Tbilisi for Routes Silk Road were able to enjoy a complimentary tour to the ancient town of Mtskheta yesterday, a location of extraordinary importance to the Georgian nation, located about 20km out of the capital city.
