Wizz Air has announced plans to strengthen its operations in Romania next year with new routes to Germany, increased frequencies and an additional aircraft.

Wizz Air Abu Dhabi will begin operations in October with an initial network of six routes, one of which will compete directly with Etihad and Air Arabia’s newly launched rival.

According to airport operator Hermes Airports, the operations of Transavia in Cyprus, is a result of the coordinated actions of the company in collaboration with the stakeholders of the tourism industry of the country and will help contribute to the efforts to increase the tourist flows into Cyprus from mainland Europe.
