TFR zone around Washington

AOPA President Phil Boyer complained to Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge about the late announcement of a TFR around Washington, D.C., during President Bush's State of the Union Address to Congress. Boyer stated in a letter to Ridge that the TFR was not unreasonable, but not issuing the NOTAM...
