Thales-DCN Merger Plan Back On Track

The French government has agreed to the merger of Thales's naval systems into shipyard DCN. Under the plan, Thales will transfer all of its French naval activities except equipment manufacture to DCN, along with €100 million ($129 million) in cash, in return for a 25% share in the naval systems...
