The Transportation Security Administration is raising the threshold from 95,000 pounds to 100,300 pounds for aircraft falling under the most restrictive private charter rules. The rule will apply to aircraft with 61 or more passenger seats, even if maximum takeoff weight is less than 100,300 pounds...
