As a tribute to Capt. Gene E. ``Ed'' Allen's memory, and in honor of his accomplishments, Dassault Falcon Jet Corp. has established the Ed Allen Memorial Aviation Scholarship Endowment. The $20,000 endowment will be invested, and the interest will be used to provide scholarships to qualified...
