TROY TOLLEN was appointed vice president-marketing for Pegasus Aviation. Tollen will be responsible for assisting the company in acquiring aircraft and remarketing currently owned aircraft. He formerly held senior marketing positions with Airbus Industrie and Tombo Aviation, a Japanese lessor.
