Carrying up to six passengers or equivalent freight, the popular, twin-turbine H135 has been in production since 1994, undertaking most duties which a helicopter can perform, including carriage of weapons. Relevant to EBACE is the Hermès executive transport launched in 2007.
Bell 505 Jet Ranger X
Replacing the well-known Model 206 Jet Ranger, following Canadian certification in December 2016, the Jet Ranger X is powered by a single Safran Arrius turbine and carries up to five persons, including one or two pilots.
Cirrus Vision Jet G2
A mono-jet also of composites construction, the five-plus-two-seat Vision SF50 entered service in 2016 after a fraught gestation, as one of the few Very Light Jet projects to succeed. The enhanced G2 version became available in 2019.
Agusta AW139
Two P&W PT6C turbines power the Italian Leonardo AW139, which previously flew under the AgustaWestland banner and was launched in 1998 with Bell as a partner. Military and para-public sales have expanded the order book, as have a few corporate transports.
Daher TBM 940
The TBM six-seat turboprop has passed through several upgrades since the Series 700 was certified in 1990. Introduced in March 2019, the current TBM 940 adds autothrottle and automatic de-icing. A further boosted Model 960 was introduced in the U.S. last month.
Piper M600/SLS Halo
Safety Landing System (SLS) adds an extra level of security for owners of this PA-46 turboprop in the form of a Garmin emergency autoland system and Halo situational awareness aids. An upgraded M500, the aircraft began deliveries in 2016.
Cirrus SR22T GTS Carbon
Many four-seat, piston-powered light aircraft are metal, but Cirrus has done well out of composites for the last 24 years. The SR20 and SR22 have, nevertheless, enjoyed numerous upgrades and special editions during that time.
Tecnam P2012 Traveller
Tecnam's top-of-the-range offering, the Traveller employs a pair of Rotax piston engines for utility transportation, including up to 10 passengers in the feeder airliner role. Deliveries began in October 2019.
Beechcraft King Air 360
In its latest incarnation, since October 2020, following the 300 and 350, the venerable King Air is now available as the Series 360, with an enhanced digital pressurization system, Onboard Maintenance System updates, a full-regime autothrottle system, and a choice of six new interior schemes.
Pilatus PC-12
Sales of the homegrown PC-12 utility turboprop have progressed steadily since certification in 1994, passing through "NG" upgrade in 2007 and "NGX" in 2019, the latter recognizable by its rectangular cabin windows, rather than by the simultaneous avionics enhancement.
Even a cursory examination of the static aircraft park will reveal that EBACE is by no means totally devoted to business jets. There are propellers a-plenty, some even driven by piston power, and a sprinkling of rotating wings. While most of those aircraft could appear on the business books, others might additionally see outings for family weekends.
